Will my XOLDD order be shipped for free?
Yes, we offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across India.
Order Processing Time
How long does it take to ship my order?
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours after successful order confirmation.
Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding:
- Sundays
- Public Holidays
- National Holidays
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details through your registered email or phone number.

Delivery time depends on your location.
Delhi NCR
Prepaid orders are generally delivered within 2–4 working days after dispatch.
Outside Delhi NCR
Orders are generally delivered within 5–7 working days after dispatch.

Express Shipping
Need your order sooner?
Choose our Express Shipping option for ₹350.
Express Shipping aims to deliver your order within approximately 72 hours, subject to service availability and location.
Damaged Orders During Transit
What if my product arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- A clear unboxing video
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the outer packaging
The unboxing video should clearly show the sealed package before opening and the condition of the product after opening.
Although deliveries are handled by third-party courier partners, our team will assist you in resolving the issue.
