At XOLDD RETAILS, we are committed to delivering high-quality jewellery and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return, exchange, and warranty guidelines carefully before placing a request.


Returns & Exchanges

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.

For concerns related to:

  • Product defects
  • Damaged items
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect products received

Customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing the complete opening process.

The video must clearly include:

  1. The sealed outer package before opening.
  2. The product being removed from the package.
  3. All original packaging and materials intact.

This video proof is mandatory for processing any exchange or refund request. Requests submitted without valid proof may not be approved.


Important Guidelines

We do not offer exchanges or refunds for:

  • Products purchased during sale periods.
  • Products purchased before a sale and requested for exchange during the sale period.
  • Products damaged due to customer handling or misuse.

All exchange approvals are subject to product inspection and quality verification.


6-Month Plating Warranty

We provide a 6-month plating warranty on eligible jewellery products.

If plating discolouration occurs within six months from the purchase date, we will provide an exchange after verification.

The warranty covers:

  • Natural plating-related issues within the warranty period.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Scratches
  • Breakage
  • Damage caused by improper care or handling

Damages & Normal Wear

Jewellery requires proper care to maintain its appearance and longevity.

We do not cover damages caused by:

  • Regular wear and tear
  • Accidental damage
  • Exposure to water, perfume, chemicals, or moisture
  • Improper storage
  • Rough handling

Any breakage, scratches, or damage reported after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.


Exchange & Refund Process

To raise a request, contact us via:

Once approved:

  1. Ship the product back in its original condition and packaging.
  2. If you require us to arrange pickup, a ₹250 reverse pickup charge will apply.
  3. Our team will inspect the returned product.
  4. Upon approval, we will process your:
    • Exchange
    • Store Credit
    • Refund

The final resolution will be provided after successful quality verification.


Product Care Recommendations

  • Avoid direct contact with water.
  • Keep away from perfumes, sprays, and chemicals.
  • Store jewellery in a dry place.
  • Keep each piece individually packed when not in use.
  • Handle delicate designs carefully.
